A 3-D SMURFS MOVIE? If you think fatal bestiality makes you spit out your iced coffee, then what to make of
Paramount's announcement that the studio, along with Nickelodeon, is planning a 3-D Smurfs trilogy to debut in 2008 for the 50th anniversary of the little blue cartoon people. Isn't that the smurfiest news you've heard all day? Well, considering
the voice of Gargamel died recently, it's odd timing. But those Belgians are pesky. You did know the Smurfs were Belgian, didn't you? I'll have to see if I saved anything from my visit to the comics museum in Brussels a few years back, which showcased Papa Smurf, Smurfette and all the other Smurfs. Until then, have a Smurfy Day! Ugh.
