AUDITIONING FOR INXS: Try it, you'll like it. Take it from me. I auditioned Wednesday for the lead singer slot in Australia's hit rock band from the late 1980s. Not that I thought I actually could be the band's new sensation (sorry, but the pun had to show up sometime), but my new bosses thought it'd be fun to see me try, anyhow.
